At this stage, we proceed with the approval of designs, selection of manufacturing methods, final cost estimation, preparation of all documents, and a 50% advance payment from the total production cost.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Recycle Object aims to produce according to real demand to avoid overproduction and excessive resource usage. The minimum order quantity is 100 units, but each product may have its own minimum quantity based on its size and weight.

Product Dimensions: Depending on the product design, we can perform pressure die casting with product dimensions up to 90 x 90 x 10 mm.

File Formats for Providing Designs: Please send flat layout designs in AI (Adobe Illustrator) format. However, for 3D models, we also require files in 3DM, STP, or STEP formats, along with images in 6 projections (top, front, left, right, back, bottom) for modeling.

Costs: You can find the current price list for product manufacturing through die casting on the provided link. The cost includes expenses for mold (press mold) manufacturing and die casting. Mold manufacturing costs are included and depend on the complexity of production, while die casting costs depend on the size and weight of the product. For repeat orders of the same product, only die casting costs will be considered since the existing mold will be used. This cost will be calculated separately.

We carefully study your project and develop a design suitable for pressure die casting production. The cost of the production batch is determined by the complexity of the design. You can have a live view of the developed design and mold through 3D modeling and creating samples using 3D printing for an additional fee.

Once the final design of the mold is confirmed, we initiate the manufacturing process. One mold allows for the production of approximately 5000 units of the product. If it becomes necessary to create additional molds for the same design due to wear and tear of the old molds, it will cost only 70% of the initial mold manufacturing cost.

For manufacturing the products, we use 100% recycled plastic from our own stocks. Additionally, we can use plastic provided by the customer if it has undergone testing during the consultation stage.

Delivery:
Upon completion of the casting process, we use tools to clean and finish the material feed system in the injection area. Then, we conduct quality checks on the products and verify the inventory before delivering the bulk products without any additional packaging.
